PizzElla - Named after the cook who has been inspiring my cooking since birth…my mother - Ella.
We make arguably the world’s most popular food - pizza.
Our menu is influenced from the tutelage Chef Larry Galper had working in restaurants in Los Angeles and beyond married with the food he enjoyed growing up in an eastern European family with an amazing cook at the helm - his mother Elvira aka “Ella”.
Our pizzas are a hybrid of Neapolitan & NY styles.
These days our food truck is based in Fort Lauderdale, but we’re hoping to be announcing the opening of our first brick & mortar location very soon (edited 5.20.26). Stay tuned.
